Visa Services
The International Affairs Office is responsible for the comprehensive processing and coordination of all documentation required for student visas, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and seamless experience for international students. The office works diligently to guide students through the visa application process, providing support and assistance every step of the way to facilitate their successful entry and enrollment at the university.
The students are required to submit the necessary documents for the Visa Extension as follow:
- A copy of the passport’s bio-data page
- A copy of the visa page
- A copy of all payment receipts
- A copy of letter from the faculty
The students are required to submit the necessary documents for the Visa Conversion, tourist visa (TR) to student visa (ED) as follow:
- A copy of the passport’s bio-data page
- A copy of the visa page
- A copy of all payment receipts
- A copy of letter from the faculty
The students are required to submit the necessary documents for the Visa cancellation as follow:
- The reason for the visa's cancellation
- Graduated - Seek to return to their country of residence
- Graduated - Desire to enroll in a master's program at a different academic institution
- Ungraduated
- Others
- A copy of the passport’s bio-data page
- A copy of the visa page
- Informed date of visa cancellation
- A copy of letter from the faculty
The documents required for visa are managed and issued by the Office of International Affairs
- A police clearance
- Admission notification
- The letter to the embassy where the student applies the visa
- Notification of residence for foreigners - TM. 30 (Only for MOU students)
- Letter requesting an extension in student visa ED type or Letter requesting a change in student visa TR type to ED type for international students
- Student registration application form for the students who have not yet started their semester and have not registered for that semester
- Certification letter
- Cumulative grade report
- University documents
The Office of International Affairs will issue visa documents within 7 days excluding Saturday to Sunday and public holidays. (contact the Office of International Affairs at least 30 days before your visa expires.)
