Visa Services
The International Affairs Office is responsible for the comprehensive processing and coordination of all documentation required for student visas, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and seamless experience for international students. The office works diligently to guide students through the visa application process, providing support and assistance every step of the way to facilitate their successful entry and enrollment at the university.
The students are required to submit the necessary documents for the Visa Extension as follow:
- 1 copy of passport
- 1 copy of visa
- 1 copy of the tuition fee receipt
(Students who pay less than 15,000 THB will be granted a 3-month visa, while those who pay more than 15,000 THB will receive a 6-month visa.)
- Registration Paper
Remarks:
- Only students with ‘active enrollment status’ can apply for a visa.
- In situations where students take a leave of absence or cancel their student status, visa documents cannot be issued in any cases.
- Verify the student's identification, name, and enrollment status before transmitting the documents.
- Send documents to the major department, which will then forward them to the International Affairs office for further processing.
The students are required to submit the necessary documents for the Visa Conversion, tourist visa (TR) to student visa (ED) as follow:
- 1 copy of passport
- 1 copy of visa
- 1 copy of the tuition fee receipt
- Registration Paper

- The reason for the visa's cancellation
- Graduated (seek to return to their country of residence)
- Graduated (desire to enroll in a master's program at a different academic institution)
- Unable to finish the program
- 1 copy of passport
- 1 copy of visa
- Informed date of visa cancellation
The document states that the International Affairs Office will provide the necessary paperwork for students to apply for a visa as follow:
- Admission Notification
- The Embassy Letter
- Letter requesting a change in student visa TR type to ED type for international students
- Letter requesting an extension in student visa ED type for international students
- Certification Letter
- Grade Report
- University’s documents
- Police Clearance
- TM. 30
The processing of documents is completed within a week.
